DivineUnity has several logos. The one featured on this website is the Nautilus which symbolizes the Golden Rule as mathematically expressed via the Fibonacci sequence. The outward spiral symbolizes the ever expanding consciousness within Humanity of our Unity with all life, with each other and always with the Divine..
DivineUnity also has 10 principles 1. There is One Power
2. The Kingdom is Within
3. I am an individualized expression of the Divine
4. My thoughts and beliefs give specific form to Spirit
5. The principle at the basis of our own lives is the Law of Cause and Effect.
6. We are endowed with free will and thus can embody DivineUnity by choosing Compassion.
7. Evil is not a separate force but a misuse of the Law.
8. Changing my thinking, changes my life.
9. There are Tools which enable us to transform our Consciousness
10. All these principles assist us in realizing our DivineUnity
which although always present may not be realized because of 'obscurations or delusions'. Individual Realization of DivineUnity can be recognized by a person's compassionate action and being a consistent, positive presence. Although each person is responsible for his or her own personal spiritual evolution, we are also collectively responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a peaceful and prosperous ecologically balanced planet which is rooted in commonly understood laws that are fair and equally applied and rooted in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Seven Beliefs of Divine Unity

We teach our children that God is Life-the Life within each of them and in all Creation; that all are children of the one God-regardless of race, color or creed- and therefore all are brothers and sisters.

We teach that God can be called Divine Being, Being, Buddha Nature, Divine Presence, Great Spirit, Goddess, Holy Spirit, Brahma, Higher Power, Christ, Love... The name we use for the Higher Power in our lives is not as important as the belief in an ever present force for good. God is Good-all Good-and we are all created in the image of God-Good.

We teach that God is Love-that we love God because God loves us; we obey God's laws through Love-NOT fear.

We teach that sin is a mistake and when we make mistakes, we are punished by them-not by God.

We teach that God is spirit and present everywhere-that this Spirit is within us and speaks to us through our minds when we are willing to listen.

We teach that there are Spiritual Laws that must be obeyed-just as we obey man-made laws.

We teach that religion is something to be used every day-not just on our chosen day of worship whether it is Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

We teach that a person's spiritual practice can be used at home, at school and at play; that since God is within us, Heaven is also within us; that if we learn to live our lives in harmony with God's Laws, we live in Heaven-NOW.

We teach that God's Love heals our sickness and hurt--if we believe.

We teach that God is Truth and Beauty-Peace and harmony; that as we grow to be more like God, being better reflections of God, our lives will be filled with Health, Happiness and Success.

We teach that

The New Thought Movement

The New Thought movement — not to be confused with New Age — is more than a century old in its current form. It is practical, universal spirituality that promotes fullness of all aspects of living, through positive thinking, meditation, affirmative prayer, and other ways of realizing the presence of God. New Thought includes Unity, Religious Science, DivineUnity, Divine Science, Universal Foundation For Better Living, Seicho No Ei and other groups and individuals. A common saying in New Thought is
Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life.

We believe the Divine may be called by many names — God, Goddess, Great Spirit, Bramha, Jaweh — but regardless of the name one calls the Divine, the Divine remains changeless and constant. The name you choose to call God changes you, not God. The Divine is personal living within each of us and uniting us all. Great Spirit does not necessarily have a gender, though some may choose to refer to God as He or She.
New Thought honors the divinity and wisdom in each religion and spiritual tradition.

New Thought believes there were, and are many great teachers, including Jesus, Buddha, and Lao Tzu— and that each of us has the capacity to awaken to our DivineUnity.
There are many New Thought Authors , many of which can be found online in NewThoughtLibrary.com

New Thought is a movement that is over 150 years old,
of which we are only one denomination. We are new and thus don't have many centers throughout the world yet but we support all of New Thought.
There are many wonderful denominations which are older than ours,
having been formed in the 19th and 20th Centuries.
We encourage you to go to NewThought.info to find out more information about
the NewThought movement.
We have done our best to link to a representative sampling of New Thought beliefs for your convenience. We encourage you to attend their spiritual centers.
They are all wonderful and unique and
through exploration you can find the center which best suits your needs.

We affirm that there is one Energy, Universal Consciousness, Transcendent Cause, Being/Beingness, Love, Buddha Nature, which may also be called God/Goddess whose embrace is both universal and individual. That as we realize our DivineUnity with this energy we embody Compassion, Goodness, Wisdom, Love, Justice, Mercy, Truth, Power, Peace, Plenty and Joy more

Love, Compassion, Humility and Gratitude are major traits of the heart on our spiritual journey.
